This past Winter, which is still now, I had a class assignment to create a Winter themed wedding cake (my second wedding cake ever, with my first fondant wedding cake ever). Taking inspiration from a featured "it's a small world" wedding on Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, I went to work creating my own version. It was a bit daunting and I pretty much started over on the details, but overall it worked out beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the results.
