SpringTime at Disneyland

This is the first year I was able to make it over to Disneyland in time to see all the Spring/Easter events! I was super excited and it also gave me the opportunity to catch up on the few days of castle decorating I missed.

Spring has sprung and we had eggs to hunt! The few hours that I spent at the parks were spent running around hunting for eggs in the Easter Egg-strvaganza at Disneyland. It was really fun and adorable! The game can go super quick but we decided to visit some attractions that were near the eggs, so it took a little bit longer.

After we found all our eggs, we turned in our maps for our prize! I picked up a Thumper egg!

During our hunt, we visited the Springtime Roundup at Big Thunder Ranch. I always enjoy the events that happen in here and this was the first time I got to see all the Spring goodness. I really got pulled into the egg decorating and was able to talk to one of the artist (Bridget McCarthy) for a bit. The eggs are pretty amazing. Photos do not do them justice.

Also at the Roundup were bunnies! The Easter Bunny, Rabbit and Roger Rabbit were out meeting guests. Since I happened to have had my Easter Tsums Tsums with me, I knew I had to meet up with Rabbit and reunite them. Fighting through character shyness, I polity asked Rabbit to pose however he wished with Pooh and Eeyore. He was more than happy to! When we were done, I asked for a hug. It was nice.

The ranch also has live entertainment, food, cookie decorating kits and coloring stations.

For lunch we stopped by the Jolly Holiday where I ate a super delicious lime coconut cheesecake. It was really good and surprisingly light.

I also stopped by Main Street to check out the Easter treats. Very adorable!

The Spring Roundup runs until April 12 and is adorable! I might have to head back over and get an actual picture of myself with a bunny and decorate a cookie.

Cheers!
